Tatenokawa “Nehan” Kuro

Tatenokawa Brewing Company went to great lengths to create this junmai daiginjo, working for more than three years to revive the Sobeewase sake rice used in its brewing. Polished down to 18% of its original size, this rice lends a refined, rustic nature to the sake, which deepens beautifully with age. Take in its gentle floral aroma and soft sweetness alongside grilled vegetables or light Japanese fare.
