Denemon is brewed in Niigata Prefecture in the Hokuriku region.
Known to have the best climate to cultivate rice, Niigata prefecture is naturally the most famous region for sake production. Being the youngest and smallest in size in the most competitive ragion for sake making, Denemon hires a young “Toji” master in his 30s to stay on the edge for creativity, focuses on high quality products, using the top quality “Gohyakumangoku” rice and clean mild water from the underground melting ice.
