Junmai brimming with rice-y sweetness

Created with the mantra “sake rich in the goodness of rice” in mind, this gentle Junmai Ginjo oozes with sweet, rice-y goodness. The name “Kinokuniya Bunzaemon” comes from a famous business tycoon who made a fortune from trading mandarin oranges. A citrus sourness similar to mandarines lies underneath the initial sweetness in this sake, giving the drink complexity. With great time and care put into the slow, low-temperature brewing , it’s no wonder that Kinokuniya Bunzaemon Junmai won gold in Joy of Sake.
