Raw, crude sake born from the land

This seasonal and limited quantity nama sake—aka raw sake—will be gone in a flash! It has notes of robust mushroom and deep ripe stone fruits with creamy texture. We think it matures nicely over time, thanks to the slightly higher alcohol for being an undiluted genshu. In Japan, they have a product called Denshin “Earth,” and “Fuyu” is the non heat-treated, raw version of it.
