Ripples of sweetness

Like Gangi’s other products, “Mizunowa” is meant to evoke the feeling of being dockside or relaxing on the water. The label represents the gentle ripples made by fish bouncing from the surface of a river. Like those ripples, this sake is soft and expanding. The texture is juicy and clean, which matches the flavor of apricot and fuzzy peach. A dash of acidity graces the finish.
