This nigori sake-based liqueur is the product of five years of trial and error. After trying more than 1,000 flavors, the brewers decided this one reigned supreme. The strawberry flavor is all natural, containing no flavoring agents or acidifiers. This strawberry flavor is added to a mellow nigori that has been a local favorite for 50 years. We recommend serving as is, on the rocks or with added milk.
