Then, the juice is filtered and cold-stored until fermentation. This is what gives Choya “Ice Nouveau” its startlingly fresh flavor. A hint of almond dabbles through the plum, making this liquor more exciting. It’s made all the more tantalizing by the peachy nose and the fact that it is totally additive-free!
