Unforgettable flavor, like freshly made sake

The fragrance from freshly made sake is said to be unforgettable, and now you can take a whiff for yourself when you open a bottle of Ozeki “Karatamba Tarekuchi.” A strong melon scent will grace your nose from the start, only to be followed up by a refreshing dryness. To enhance the aroma but retain the sharp taste, warm the sake gently. After a glass or two, you’ll begin to feel the serenity that comes from fine brewing.
