“Kohiki Seiji” refers to the unique white base glaze, and this one is made in Gifu prefecture. Each of these ceramic carafes has a unique shape and flow to them. The wide open mouth is perfect and is meant for room temperature and chilled sake. The organic ripples and shape bring another layer to your sake experience, and make for a lovely centerpiece while you host.
“Yamai Ito” Kohiki Seiji Hirokuchi is made in Gifu prefecture in the Chubu region.
