Team Tippsy carefully packs every sake bottle for your enjoyment. If you are dissatisfied with the quality or your order arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance within 30 days at email@example.com. A restocking fee of $20 may apply, and fees assessed for payment to the third party carrier are non-refundable.
You can cancel your membership easily by logging into your account and selecting cancel.Your Tippsy Sake Club membership is automatically renewed and billed on the first of the shipping cycle month (March 1, June 1, Sep. 1 and Dec. 1). A cancellation can be made for a full refund if it is completed before 11:59 p.m. PST on the fifth of that corresponding month. Any cancellation made after the cut-off time will require a $20 restocking fee, and the customer will need to “refuse” the package upon delivery.
Tippsy’s gift card is sent electronically to your email. If your gift card is lost or non-functional, please provide proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org by sending a screenshot of your credit card history showing the purchase or electronic receipt which is emailed to your address on file. We may issue a replacement for the balance shown in our records, pending our sole discretion. Tippsy is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
