A restocking fee of $20 may apply, and fees assessed for payment to the third party carrier are non-refundable.
You can cancel your subscription easily by logging into your account and selecting cancel.Please cancel at least three business days prior to the next renewal date to avoid automatic billing which follows the Sake Box shipping cycle on the 1st of March, June, September and December. Please note that canceling your subscription only prevents future renewals, it does not cancel existing orders. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Tippsy’s gift card is sent electronically to your email. If your gift card is lost or non-functional, please provide proof of purchase to email@example.com by sending a screenshot of your credit card history showing the purchase or electronic receipt which is emailed to your address on file. We may issue a replacement for the balance shown in our records, pending our sole discretion. Tippsy is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
