Akita Brewing Company
Collection:
Akita Brewing Company
Akita Brewing Company is located in Araya, Akita, with access to the flowing Omono River. There used to be other breweries in the area, but only Akitabare has stood the test of time. Today, they carry on the tradition of Araya sake with great pride. While lots of innovation has occurred in sake to increase production volume, they often have a trade-off in quality. They are never willing to make that trade-off, so they only use traditional methods and practice their art with delicacy and precision at each step of the process.
