This one matched the tasting notes, it starts with a soft melon-like sweetness and moves to a nice umami finish. It is a good overall sip. Though, maybe I am just starting to better understand the taste profile that I enjoy with sake, as this bottle was fine and I had no real criticism, but it seemed to come up just a little short of being outstanding. It could also be that I enjoy drinking sake on its own and this may really shine when paired with the right food.

Perfect flavor combination
Full of Umami flavors. A very versatile Sake. Although on the label is is suggested to be refrigerated, I drank it at room temperature and found it wonderful.
