“Toji-Kan,” meaning “Brewer’s Pride,” is crafted under the direction of Hakutsuru’s legendary brewmaster Masao Nakazawa, who created a luxurious sake he and the other brewers could enjoy after a long day’s work. The medium body delivers a mellow expression balanced between umami and sweetness that is slightly dry. Different faces of the sake come out when served at different temperatures.

Try some authentic Japanese drinking snacks to pair with an easygoing futsushu (table sake). For sake ware, we recommend a non-pretentious, everyday cup.
