Amabuki “Gin no Kurenai”

Saga Prefecture

Rose sake, anyone?

This sake is a revolution in taste, color and aroma. From the first pour, the special qualities are quite apparent - a beautiful rosé color, derived from the use of ancient black rice, graces your wine glass. The flavor is lightly sweet with muted fruit undertones, the perfect match to the alluring color. A great sake to serve before meals. Try sharing a glass before a dinner outing or while preparing a classy meal.
