Nagara River is one of the Kiso Three Rivers of the Nobi Plain, with its source from the middle of Honshu Island in Gifu Prefecture. Komachi Brewing Company uses an underwater source from this Nagara River which has been sung about in Japan for generations. This brewery also fully incorporates the concept of Hado, that the vibrations from natural music played throughout the brewery result in a soft, kind, all-encompassing sake. Together with this pure water source, sake rice from Japan and the music, they are brewing sake with umami that will comfort you.
