Kamenoi was founded in 1875. Just as authenticity and sincerity are the foundation of trust, they named their brand “Kudoki Jozu” (smooth talker) believing their passion for authenticity can reach the heart of consumers and help build a relationship with them. They are famous for putting all their resources to create great ginjo grade sake (rice polishing rate less than 50%), and making it especially fruity reminiscent of ripe apple with low acidity.
