Yaegaki Brewing Company delivers a top-quality junmai daiginjo that stands apart from its sister brew, Mu. Mu Black Label uses only the famed Yamadanishiki rice, which is polished more than the sister brew. This gives the sake a rounder aroma of sherry and develops the light apple flavor. In keeping with the bottles elegant design, the sake has just enough acidity and sweetness to give it a sophisticated air. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be sophisticated to enjoy this sake.
