They take their already delicious junmai sake and let it mingle with the juice of yuzu, a fruit with a lively, distinctive citrus scent and taste. Yuzutoro finds the perfect balance between the sake’s creamy rice essences and the yuzu’s upbeat acidity, and we cannot get enough of it. The citrus zing is a great twist that really puts some pep in our step!
