Unlike other sake in the Kaze no Mori series, “Alpha Type 3” is pasteurized, though just gently. This is done to stabilize quality when shipping across the world while retaining the animated vibrancy of fresh sake. This sake is super effervescent with a pear flavor that bubbles on the palate. Subtle candy notes and a mineral aftertaste combine to form a sake sure to quench your thirst on a hot day.
