Two strains, one delicious sake

The two different sake rice used compliment each other and are allowed to shine when combined with the super pure water from the snowmelt of Mt. Fuji and their proprietary yeast. This sake has notes of fresh water that play along with an underlying sweetness from the rice, true to their belief that both the water and rice should be at the forefront of sake flavor.
