This sake was developed to be enjoyable for people who have little to no sake experience. The yuzu flavor comes only from 100% Japanese yuzu fruit that has high-quality taste and aroma. Using a junmai sake base adds soft texture to the flavor. The result is a sweet, smooth sake that can be enjoyed on its own, to accentuate a cocktail, or paired with fruit dishes.
