Due to the surge of online shopping this winter 2021, delivery services will be challenged to keep up with a large number of shipments during the holiday season. We highly recommend you to order in advance. Please see the recommended timeline below. We appreciate your understanding.To ensure your sake gifts reach their destination before Saturday, December 25, 2021, you must order by the following dates:
Orders placed during the holiday season will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days depending on product availability. We will do our best to fulfill each order in its entirety, but please note there may be instances where a partial fulfillment will have to be made.Upon fulfillment, shipping to the West Coast (including Hawaii) could take up to 5 business days to complete, and the East Coast could take up to 10 business days. Shipments to Texas, Oklahoma, New Jersey and Illinois will take an additional 5-6 business days as we have to move inventory before shipping to those states.
We do our best to fulfill and send out each order as soon as possible from when it is received. Although Tippsy has general guidelines to know when you can expect your package, we cannot make any guarantees due to the extreme business of the holiday shipping season.
Cancellation requests can only be made prior to order fulfillment. Once an order reflects a fulfilled status, we are unable to cancel it as it has been processed for shipping. To receive a refund, we ask that you reject the package upon arrival so that it is returned to our warehouse and then reach out to the Tippsy Support Team for further assistance.
We will do our best to fulfill each order in its entirety, but please note there may be instances where a partial fulfillment will have to be made due to limited stock and inventory.In cases where our team cannot fulfill the entirety of your order, we will continue with partial fulfillment if we can fulfill at least 75% of the items included in your order. A refund will be issued for the items that could not be included in your order.For orders in which we cannot fulfill even 75% of items purchased, our Tippsy team will be sure to contact you within 3 business days of when the receipt was created.
We work with our third-party shipping partner to ensure the quality of our products as they make their way to customers. The sake you receive should be ready for consumption when you receive it, but if you feel that there is something wrong with the quality, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Tippsy Support Team.
Tippsy does not offer gift wrapping at this time.
Tippsy will never include a receipt in your shipment. All receipt information will be sent electronically to the email address provided.
