How to make Aiko Chan tuna and broccoli pasta

This recipe yields two servings.

Ingredients

  • 160 grams pasta of your choice
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 dried red chili pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon herb salt
  • 200 grams broccoli
  • 1 can Aiko Chan Golden Canned Tuna in Oil (This tuna has been slowly simmered in vegetable broth for maximum flavor!)
  • Shiso leaves and black pepper (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to boil, add salt and pasta, and cook until al dente.

Step 2

In a large pan, add olive oil, garlic and chili pepper and put on a medium heat. Add washed and cut broccoli to the pan and cook for two minutes.

Step 3

Add the canned tuna and cooked pasta and blend well. Add herb salt. (You can use more if needed).
