Staying true to its name, which means indigo blue, this daiginjo is cool, collected and dignified. And we would expect nothing less from sake that has been cultivated from top tier Yamadanishiki rice and brewed with boundless dedication. The fragrance evokes the image of a blooming meadow which is matched by an equally alluring flavor filled with mild fruit that lays soft on the palate.

Great summer kagatobi. very smooth and lightly sweet.
Great for beginners and experts alike!
Enjoyed this sake very much. Perfect balance. Had it with chicken pad thai. Would definitely reccomend it.
A very nice sake. In the glass this sake is bright and clear. The nose is very subtle with hints of green meadows and anise. The taste is smooth and elegant as anise surrounds your tongue. This lovely sake ends with a peppery tail that stays for quite awhile. It is definitely worth a try!
Light and crisp but nothing spectacular. Good everyday all purpose sake!
Enjoyed as part of the August sake box. Light and flavorful, this was my favorite of the 3.
It was very good!
The Kagatobi Ai played a subtle and tasteful hand; it is light and crisp with floral notes. It’s great and refreshing cold. Not a revelation but delicious nonetheless.
Pleasant drinking
