Ishikawa prefecture
Though it has the name “Silver Mountain,” this sake won gold at the 2019 U.S. National Sake Appraisal. Using house yeast, they’ve created a spice-friendly sake that goes well with savory Middle Eastern dishes. The aroma has a hint of mirin, cream and nutty tones. Flavor-wise, it is savory, earthy and bold. Hints of brown sugar swirls underneath it all, and warming it up draws out a smooth cedar touch.
Tedorigawa is made in Ishikawa prefecture in the Hokuriku region.

Yoshida Sake Brewery
Yoshida Sake Brewery believes that harmony between people makes great sake and great sake makes harmony amongst people. With this positive attitude, the brewery has followed their traditional roots in the region and brews sake using the Noto Toji Guild brewing style. They create complex, rich sake that is balanced perfectly, after the very hearts of the brewers. This brewery persisted through thick and thin, and has come out stronger. It’s even a movie star of sorts as it is the brewery where the well-awarded film “The Birth of Sake” was filmed.
