More sourness than sweetness

Using "Shiro-Kaga" plum grown locally in Ibaraki prefecture, Aiyu brewery's plum sake keeps minimum sweetness with strong natural sourness from plums. Lower calories than average plum wines makes this a healthy choice to drink with hearty meals. Great summer drink that matches with meat dishes. Drink it on the rocks or with club soda.
