Named after the feudal domain in infamous Miyagi prefecture ruled by infamous warlord, Date Masamune, this junmai daiginjo is a special collaboration between seven Miyagi breweries. Known for the prominent brands Katsuyama, Urakasumi, Hakurakusei, Suminoe, Koganesawa, Hagi no Tsuru, and Yamawa, these breweries have gotten together every year since 2015, each one handling a different part of the process. Two breweries take the lead and produce two styles; this is Hakurakusei’s 2025 version.
