By only milling away 30% of the grain, the brewery maintains a good deal of the original flavor of the rice. “Haiku” is also only pasteurized once, allowing for a refreshing taste that is big on flavor. A wave of pineapple rushes forth, giving way to apple, pear and mango. Try pairing this gold medal-winner with sweet and sour pork or spicy Szechuan hot pot.
