Gozenshu “Tokuto Omachi 2.2” was born from the pursuit of the ultimate sake using the best Omachi sake rice the brewers could source. They use a larger sieve at 2.2 millimeters to select the sake rice, and use a rare yeast starter method they’re known for called “bodaimoto.” The wooden hinoki box is also of a local craft, beautifully handmade and specially designed for this product.
