You’ll want more than a small smackerel!

Shirataki Brewing Company is always experimenting with new yeasts. The yeast used to make this particular sake is honey yeast extracted from wildflowers in Echigo-Yuzawa, Niigata prefecture. This brew is very easy to drink thanks to its smooth texture and gentle yet balanced sweetness. The brewery encourages you to play around with serving ideas, such as serving on the rocks or with a squeeze of lemon.
