Its slightly higher-than-average ABV, aroma of fleshy peach and mango, and umami flavor mean it can hold its own next to rich meats, broths and sauces. Serving this sake cold enhances its acidity and balances its savory qualities. Like the polar bear on the label, this summer sake is soft yet strong, made all the more charming with a refreshing chill.
