The gold yellow color draws you in to enjoy its fruity and floral flavors, and a rich umami derived from local Hidahomare rice. All this culminates in a light, dry, almost savory finish. Like a tree adding fresh rings with every year of life, each brewing season brings another batch of “Mukashino Manma.”
