Hyogo prefecture
This yuzu sake gets everything the fruit has to offer. They use every part of the fruit in production, from the flesh and seed to the peel. The fruits are sourced from Kochi and Kagoshima, places known for their yuzu, and the base is a junmai using their famous Miyamizu water source. Each sip brings soft, balanced sweetness that lingers on like a gentle kiss.
Sakari is made in Hyogo prefecture in the Kinki region.
