This junmai won bronze in its category at the International Wine Challenge in 2023. It enchants with notes of sweet rice and nectarine, which are complemented by hints of oats and nuts. A bit of dryness and acidity cuts through the rich flavor. This sake is wonderful at virtually any temperature, but releases more umami when warmed. Drink it alongside sauteed dishes, yakitori or roast chicken.
