This sake tastes good. Reading reviews, I am reminded that I remain a mere novice - there is much subtlety here that others find that eludes me, but I am happy drinking it. Also, it appears to be a bargain at Tippsy - going for $50 - $95 elsewhere on line!

An excellent companion to a wide range of dishes, this sake is well balanced and smooth, with a lovely fruity/spicy bouquet. We usually have a chilled bottle on hand.

Clear, smooth to drink and fresh smelling. No noticeable aftertaste. Good with fish and soba.

This is a semi dry sake to me not overpowering with flavor and has a slight sweetness to it not too sweet but enough to balance the dryness and I think would pair well with a light dinner the best

I definitely preferred this warm, but didn't realize it should be warm until after a glass. This is a good sake for a cold winter night to warm you back up to your bones.
