Honda Shoten presents an award-winning junmai made with only the best-quality Designation A Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo. This sake received the top gold honor at the National Warm Sake Contest, and earned the number one ranking for warm sake in The Nikkei Rankings of Everything. Using groundwater from the Ibo River, they brew with the traditional kimoto method, resulting in a well-structured, umami-rich sake with hints of cream and cashew.
