This sake’s gentle, smooth taste comes from Hanafubuki rice sourced from Aomori prefecture, where Rokka Brewing Company is located. This rice also makes Torai “Antelope” food friendly, so try drinking it alongside meals such as tuna salad, smoked salmon or yakitori. It can be enjoyed at various temperatures, so feel free to experiment!
