Kochi prefecture
This luscious liqueur doesn’t mess around. A delightful dose of ten percent yuzu juice gives this sake a citrus kick that tingles the tongue. Don’t let that citrus fool you though, there’s still enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more. The traditional sake flavors are less pronounced in this brew, which is okay considering how dangerously delicious it is. If you want something fun and light, this liquor is for you.
Tsukasabotan is made in Kochi prefecture in the Shikoku region.
