Tatenokawa’s ambition (achieving 1% rice polishing ratio) and global friendships (Foo Fighters and “Phoenix”) has gained much attention in the last two decades to go along with a deep respect for their traditional methods and unwavering quality. They even have a playful brand honoring a tabby cat that wandered into their brewery, whom they call Tatenyan. They are one of the few breweries who that only produce junmai daiginjo today, reaching fans globally with products that will ultimately impress you ultimately with their delicious flavor.
