Named for the iconic entrance of the Brooklyn Kura taproom, “Blue Door” is fermented at a slightly warmer temperature than their ginjo, making it stout, earthy and dry. It’s left unpasteurized, giving it life and vibrancy. Serve chilled and enjoy soon after opening to get the most out of its subtle notes of banana and melon.
