Using very soft groundwater from the mountain behind the brewery, and the best Yamadanishiki sake rice you can get from Hyogo prefecture, Sogen “Samurai” Prince maintains Sogen’s signature umami and dry style, and will go well with buttery dishes and richer main dishes.
