Everyone should try this sake, made by the brewery that invented nigori, at least once! Brewed using Kyoto-exclusive, pesticide-free Iwai rice, this sparkling nigori offers a sweet rice flavor with floral notes. It’s unpasteurized, making it fresh and sharp. Delight in the delicate bubbles as they dance. You can even try — and this is something we don’t usually recommend, but the brewery says so — mixing it with a light beer.
