This junmai ginjo is brewed entirely with Koshitanrei rice. This rice type is exclusive to Niigata prefecture, where Ofuku Brewing Company can be found at the foot of the Higashiyama mountain range. This sake features a graceful, floral aroma and a smooth, mellow flavor. Winner of the Gold Medal at the 2025 Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Awards, this sake is best enjoyed well chilled.
